My Background
My approach to leadership was shaped in environments where clarity wasn’t optional. As a combat and test aviator, I operated in high-stakes conditions where decisions carried real consequences.
There was no room for guesswork.
Success depended on awareness, discipline, and the ability to process what was happening in real time. That experience taught me something most leadership development misses:
